Latest Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

In light of the growing concern surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that here at Healthy Being, we remain 100% committed to servicing the needs of our customers. To minimise the risk of disruption, we are working closely with suppliers to ensure stock levels remain as consistent as possible. However, we do anticipate some short-term availability issues outside of our control on selected products that have suddenly enjoyed a rich vein of popularity (e.g. sanitisers).

Please check your dispatch notification email for any out of stock items (items sent will be listed). At this stage, no orders will be held up if items are out of stock. A refund will be issued for the missing items and the rest of the order will be dispatched.

We are working around the clock to dispatch ALL order within 1 to 2 business days, however, given stock level fluctuations and the sheer volume of orders, please expect some delays in dispatch (up to 4 business days). Your orders will be delivered but, at times, only slightly delayed. This is, unfortunately, unavoidable but we're working tirelessly to minimise any impact on the quality and efficiency of our service - we simply ask for a little bit of patience as we work to get your orders to you!

Rest assured that the Healthy Being team is actively following public health protocols and government advice, as we remain focused on the safe and efficient fulfilment of your orders.
