Shipping Policy

When it comes to shipping, our business really stands out. Why? Because we HATE complicated, convoluted and expensive pricing methods. Even though there is a cost associated with shipping orders, we don't want to pass this on to our much-loved customers. So to keep things fair, we happily absorb most of the costs and simply charge a percentage of the overall fee.

All orders are assigned a tracking number which is emailed to you once your order is dispatched (also available in your Healthy Being account page so you can track your order at any time).

International Shipping

We use Australia Post International shipping (standard & express) to deliver parcels (up to 22kg) to many countries around the world. For wholesale orders or parcels that exceed 22kg, please contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping charges for international deliveries are automatically calculated at checkout. You can also use the shipping calculator tab on each product page to calculate shipping costs before adding items to your shopping cart

Packaging & Dispatching

We always work towards dispatching orders within 2 business days

There is a downside to offering thousands of products at such cheap prices, with certain discounted and popular items, it sometimes takes a few extra days to restock. We have stock coming in every day from various suppliers and distributors - stock that is often sent out on the very same day! Given the fact that some suppliers are interstate, it might take us a little longer to dispatch orders. In such cases, we ask for your patience as dispatch times may be extended to 4 business days.

We understand though that some orders are urgent, and for various reasons, customers need their goods before a specific date (e.g. birthdays, travel plans). If your order is time-sensitive, please let us know when you place your order by contacting us directly!

Shipping Carrier

We rely on and trust the good people at Australia Post to safely and promptly deliver your goods. At this stage, we do not offer an Express Post option (please contact us for urgent deliveries). 

Please note the following:

  • Unless 'authority to leave' is given at the time of order, a signature is required on delivery.

  • If the parcel requires a signature on delivery, and there is no one to sign for the parcel at your delivery address, your parcel will be transferred to your local post office. A card will be left by the courier and you will receive a notification via email from AusPost when your order is ready to be picked up (If you've provided a mobile number at the time of your order, you'll also receive an SMS) 

  • If you do not pick up your parcel from your local post office within 10 working days of receiving an SMS/email, it will be returned to our warehouse. Healthy Being Online Pty Ltd reserve the right to charge an additional $9.95 to redeliver your parcel. We DO NOT offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee to have your parcel redelivered. 

  • It is YOUR responsibility to provide a correct postal address. If you provide an incorrect postal address, or if you misspell or omit details of your address, Australia Post will return your order to our warehouse. Healthy Being Online Pty Ltd reserve the right to charge an additional $9.95 to redeliver your parcel to a correct address. We DO NOT offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee and have your parcel redelivered.  

Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions

By opting for "Authority to Leave" Healthy Being will instruct the associated courier service to leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises and Healthy Being Online Pty Ltd (and Australia Post) do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may result after. You agree to release Healthy Being Online Pty Ltd against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including consequential losses, suffered or incurred by you or any other person as a result of this Authority to Leave.
